Source: Nord Pool. Current-period prices are today’s day-ahead auction prices for electricity being delivered now, not live intraday trades. Daily averages are weighted by delivery-period duration. The table refreshes data every 15 minutes and advances the selected period every minute; times are shown in UK time. UK GBP/MWh values are converted using the latest available ECB reference rate, with its date shown. If current data cannot be retrieved, the current-period cell stays blank and the saved average retains its delivery date.

Prices checked on 3 October 2026; these are saved observations and do not refresh automatically. NBP uses the dated statistics-table observation of 191.84 pence/therm; the publisher’s headline differs. Conversion: (pence/therm ÷ 100) ÷ 0.0293071 MWh/therm ÷ 0.85033 GBP/EUR = 76.98 EUR/MWh. ECB FX: 2 October 2026. TTF is the November 2026 futures contract; NBP and THE are publisher benchmark references, so contract bases can differ.

Electricity shows prices across one delivery day. Gas shows a comparison of checked benchmark observations, rather than a history. LNG shows EIA monthly US export averages in its original unit; conversion requires a matching gas heat-content basis. Delivered LNG cargo assessments are not currently connected. Each observation shows its delivery or data date, price basis and unit. The page requests current Norwegian prices when opened. Other figures use the saved snapshot; older observations are labelled. Prices are wholesale measures, excluding household tariffs and taxes.
Power, LNG and gas are displayed in their original currencies and units. A conversion will only be shown when the required FX rate and energy basis are available.
